This website is designed to present you 500+ Quartet, Trio and Duet short audio samples so you can compare our trio vs quartet or duet vs trio sound and to help you to pick the songs for your ceremony. Besides the natural acoustic sound of the Strings, you will find samples with vocalists, a trumpet player, flutist, harpist, pianist and even a drummer joining our string group. Browsing among these samples will help you to decide whether to add a trumpeter for dramatic effect (for Bride entrance for example) or a drummer for your outdoor cocktail party, a classy late night event or just to spice up the last hour of your reception music. Please note that every single song you see displayed under "Quartet samples" is also available as a Trio but not all of them sound good as a duet. Certain pop songs sound a bit weak played by only two instruments - please ask us - we are happy to advise on this. These 500+ samples do not represent the full repertoire of The European Ensemble Strings. If you don't find your favorite tune on this page, it does not mean we don't have it. Our most popular duet option is our VIOLIN - CELLO duet, especially if you have a rather contemporary taste or/and if you are looking for the most budget-friendly option. Harp - Violin formation is recommended for a classy, traditional sound but it is not budget friendly. Violin - Piano formation is also possible but you have to supply a tuned and at least OK quality piano.
